Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible products within 7 days of the invoice date, provided:
The item is unused, unaltered, and in saleable condition.
The original invoice is presented.
Non-returnable items include:
Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy)
Seasonal/holiday items (e.g., decorations, gift packs)
Bulk purchases
Personal-use items (e.g, cosmetics)
Additional Return Conditions:
We offer refunds only—no product exchanges.
Products must be returned to a DNV Megamart Pick-Up Point at our offline retail outlets.
Items purchased from our offline stores cannot be returned at Pick-Up Points.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
Orders paid via UPI, internet banking, cards, etc., will be refunded to the same account.
Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded in cash at the pick-up
