- Pricing and Product Availability
All product prices listed on the DNV Megamart website and/or mobile application are current at the time of your order and will be charged as reflected on the invoice upon delivery.
Prices displayed include all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
DNV Megamart may occasionally offer special discounts or promotional pricing for a limited duration. These will be clearly stated and applied at our discretion.
While we aim to maintain up-to-date stock information, availability may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, you will be notified via SMS or email before dispatch.
- Delivery Options
We currently provide two delivery methods for your convenience:
- Home Delivery
A delivery fee will be applicable and visible at checkout.
In cases of delivery delays—whether due to logistical issues or recipient unavailability—DNV Megamart is not responsible for compensation.
Full payment is expected at the time of delivery via cash or card. If card processing fails during delivery, cash payment will be required.
Compensation for delivery issues, if any, will be handled solely at our discretion via digital payments.
- Store Pick-Up
Customers may choose to pick up their orders from designated DNV Pick-Up
Point located near the store.
There are no additional charges for this service.
Please carry your own bags if possible; a nominal fee may apply if a carry bag is requested.
- Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders are generally processed within 1 hour of placement.
Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and order volume.
All packages include a purchase invoice.
If you receive a tampered package, please refuse delivery and report it to us immediately.
- Payment Terms
Orders will only be delivered upon successful receipt of full payment.
DNV Megamart is not responsible for payment failures resulting from:
Bank authorization issues
Card limits
Technical errors in payment gateways
Any third-party issues
